Refund policy

The free lessons, tools and newsletter cost nothing and this page does not apply to them. It covers paid cohorts and courses.

Before the cohort begins

A full refund is available up to 48 hours before the start date, for any reason, with no explanation required.

In the first week

If you have attended the first week and it is not what you expected, write within seven days of the start date and you will receive a full refund. You keep nothing — access to recordings and the workbook ends — but you get your money back.

After the first week

No refund is available after the seventh day, because by then the majority of the material has been delivered.

If a cohort is cancelled or postponed

If the cohort is cancelled, every participant is refunded in full. If dates move, you may take the new dates or take a full refund.

How refunds are made

To the original payment method, within seven working days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it.

Things a refund does not cover

Refunds relate to the teaching only. No outcome in the markets is promised by any programme here, and market losses are not grounds for a refund.
